“很適合家庭出遊首選 價格親民 不馬虎 且地理位置很好 距離尚順育樂中心、龍鳳漁港、 竹南夜市、啤酒工廠、四方牧場等都很近 車程大約10分鐘左右 且飯店面向公園 過個馬路就到了 附近走路5分鐘內也有藏壽司、大都會KTV 機能算是不錯了 飯店停車場位子非常少、且周邊配合停車場， 住房人多時，都會沒有車位。 有小孩的家庭， 車子不能停在飯店停車場是個問題。 我們Check in 時和飯店櫃檯反應後，櫃檯人員願意處理，亦很有誠意地盡力保留車位給房客（我們是晚間9點多接到櫃檯電話，告知飯店內有車位，詢問是否要不要移車進入飯店停車場。） 飯店裡有游泳池、室內遊戲室 很不錯。 ”

“照片與實景一致，地點好找，車庫大好停，房間跟浴室空間也很大很舒適，浴缸大有電視，房內電視有電視盒功能可以看YT，冰箱藏在浴室中讓睡眠品質更佳沒有壓縮機聲音；浴室還有熱、常溫飲水機可以不用買水；房與房之間隔音還行，沒有聽到什麼怪聲音。清潔很乾淨，除了少少三兩隻螞蟻，沒看到半根毛髮。雙人床超大，兩人都可以打滾。 附近比較鄉下，店家不多，但很適合開車討厭人潮的旅客，地點於苗栗名美食、景點的中間點，約二十分鐘車程範圍內，有吃有玩。”
