“Great service with friendly staffs. Convenient location, easy access to Big City shopping mall where provides free shuttle bus to the train station. Room was spacious and clean. No washcloth for shower and no hair conditioner provided.”

“The staff from 5 Floor was willing to help my laundry while I was running late for my family catching up. Susan was able to provide the solution and she made my staying at hotel very comfortable. Same as the manager from the breakfast restaurant, they let me enjoy the breakfast and working on the payment later. They are very nice. I will definitely come back again. Thank you ”

“なかなか経験できないことがたくさん経験できて大変よかったです。シャトルバスがもう少しあると良いなと思いました。晩ご飯は買って行かないと周りでは車がないと購入できないです。設備は大変良かったです。シャワー二つあって使い勝手も良かったです。”

“很適合家庭出遊首選價格親民不馬虎且地理位置很好距離尚順育樂中心、龍鳳漁港、竹南夜市、啤酒工廠、四方牧場等都很近車程大約10分鐘左右且飯店面向公園過個馬路就到了附近走路5分鐘內也有藏壽司、大都會KTV 機能算是不錯了飯店停車場位子非常少、且周邊配合停車場，住房人多時，都會沒有車位。有小孩的家庭，車子不能停在飯店停車場是個問題。我們Check in 時和飯店櫃檯反應後，櫃檯人員願意處理，亦很有誠意地盡力保留車位給房客（我們是晚間9點多接到櫃檯電話，告知飯店內有車位，詢問是否要不要移車進入飯店停車場。）飯店裡有游泳池、室內遊戲室很不錯。 ”
