A reasonably priced hotel in the center of Hsingchu City. Accessible by feet from the local station. The staff is friendly, the room are large and comfortable. Dining options nearby. On the evening I visited, there was a typhoon and it was rainy and windy, still I enjoyed my stay.

房間充電位置很少，雙人床只有一邊床頭有充電位置，而且是沒電源的。 只能用桌子旁邊的電源，可是也充得超~級~慢~~ 另外，飯店沒有內建停車場。 最近的停車場 飯店不包。 要走到很遠 對於拖行李的客人很不方便，下雨天更是不得了。 說是飯店包含免費停車，結果停⼀個晚上取車，用完飯店給的停車折扣卷還是要付錢的。

I was on a 2 weeks trip in taiwan, this is my 4th hotel stayed & the most uncomfortable hotel. The bed mattress was very hard, backache after 2 nights. During checked in, the staff was very impatient with us. Hotel do not have carpark, public carpark was about 10 mins walk from hotel.

高鐵新竹駅付近はぴかぴかですが、台鉄新竹駅あたりは開発が遅れてちょっと怖いようなところもありますが、ここはちゃんとしていてほっとします。台鉄新竹駅からは１３分ほど歩きます。 日本語が得意で明るいホテルスタッフのおじさまがいて、困りごとがあったときにとても親身にサポートしてくれました。
