“The check-in process at this hotel was exceptionally friendly. Abby Wu and Chelsea Xu were incredibly helpful and provided me with valuable advice on nearby places to visit.”

“Very well run hotel and the location is ideal as it is right by the mall. However if they can offer the free self service laundry facilities similar to other hotels then it would be perfect.”

“The room I stayed in is for handicapped people. I wasn't told about this when I checked in. I didn't mind that even I am not handicapped in any way. But as I was later told by some hotelier friends that this type of room is kind of "last to sell". I wonder why I was given this room in the first place”
