“The Bathroom Basin Hot Tap flow was virtually non existant...very,very,very,slow in delivery which was minimal.
The Bath Shower Mixer was broken causing
great inconvenience not having a hand held
Showering facility to avoid using the overhead
seperate Shower and getting hair wet.”

“We liked having plenty of space. Plenty of room with a table and 2 chairs. Communication was acceptable.
The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned. The bath towels were stiff and very
ruff on my skin. The mattress was not very comfortable.
Courtyard view was a joke. It was a small area maybe 6ft by 7 ft highlighted by an old wooden table a chairs. It was in need of a cleaning.
I can’t recommend this place”

“Staff were very helpful assisting with luggage to and from our room.
However, we were disappointed with the room as we booked and paid for an economy double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette.
What we got was a small “L” room with a double bedroom, wardrobe, desk, a bar fridge, a small hand basin and very little room to manoeuvre between the end of the bed and window. The toilet and bathroom (both small) were shared with the room next door.
