“Starting to get a bit tired. Stayed here on 2019 but has since changed name and caters far less for western patrons in terms of restaurants within hotel”

“Likes: The rooms are big, very clean, nice decor, Breakfast Buffet was good Dislike: The temperature in the gym was too warm, very uncomfortable to exercise Favorite: Hanging out at the Lounge area as it is very windy. The vast grounds were also immaculately maintained”

“Highly recommended!”

“Best resort I’ve ever stayed in.”

“Ok for China. The food is bad, but there are many restaurants in "taxi" distance. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Nice to enjoy the sunny beaches of Sanya and to relax.”

“The room was cleaned every day. Very clean, large room, comfortable and nice hotel with a large balcony. Will come again.”

“Wonderful time to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family! Everyone enjoyed the time when we stay there Love our PA - Chloe she was so helpful & friendly 👍 give her 5 stars”

“The hotel is quite big. There were some people at reception that could communicate in English, although with some difficulty but was good.”

“The staff at this hotel were behind excellent. They went out of their way to help us on multiple occasions including booking restaurants, ordering taxis, arranging return transportation and more. I don’t think I’ve experienced this level of hospitality at a hotel before. We will certainly go back to this hotel.”
