“The Hotelis set in its own grounds just off a modrately busy road. We were welcomed when we entered the hotel and check in was very easy. We were shown to our room which was light and airy with very high celings. The Bathroom had a beautiful roll-top bath and a large shwer with a 'waterfall' head. (Great control and none of this water going from hot to cold you sometimes get) We didn't eat here as we were meeting friends in Derby so can't comment about the food but we did have breakfast here...

“The room was large and very comfortable with mix of modern and traditional to suit the old building. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. We had to be out before breakfast normal serving time. The staff were amazing and spoke to the chef who allowed us to have an earlier breakfast. The porridge was delicious and creamy best I can remember.”
