Lovely staff, nice breakfast and as clean as it could be when it clearly isn’t being kept in good repair. Bath all rusted and chipped. Couldn’t fault the staff though, super helpful and friendly!

The Lockkeeper in Worksop is a good, straightforward option if you are looking for a budget stay. It delivers exactly what it promises for the price. While the amenities are basic, the shower is simple, and there are no frills, the cleanliness was great and gave me no concerns at all. It was perfectly suitable for my needs, and I would certainly stay here again.

Good clean and comfortable hotel room. Pleasant friendly staff. Had our evening meal in the pub part. Food was good, but the dining area was a bit shabby, and tables needed a good wipe. Not enough bar staff to serve drinks and take food orders. On the whole though, a pleasant stay and would come again when visiting the area.
