This place was only about a half hour or so from Acadia National Park which was perfect for us. It was a large space for our family of 5. It was clean and organized and had more than 1 bathroom which was necessary. The sitting area easily accommodated all of us as well as the kitchen. It wasn’t far from many places in Ellsworth either. We were able to spend time in Acadia National Park but still have a large enough area for the whole family to relax when we got back. I really appreciated the listing of local places to try or visit. FYI we loved Schoodic Point and Cadillac Mountain especially. Would definitely recommend this place especially with family.

Regular average hotel, recently updated so the rooms are nice. Our chief complaint was the housekeeping - it was near impossible to get housekeeping service. We got one round of full service in a 5 day stay, after 3 days of asking. I don’t know what the issue is but I don’t stay in a hotel (and pay as much as we did for this average room) to make beds and take my own trash out. Positives: Aamir at the front desk is the nicest/most helpful person ever. Family liked the breakfast a lot. Nice towels.
