“Clean room, quiet stay. Plenty of parking and excellent shower”

“Great little find”

“Lovely rooms. Gorgeous garden. Such an authentic experience staying above a pub. We felt part of the village by the end of our stay! Sam and her husband were incredible hosts and his food was exceptionally good! We’d go out of our way to stay here again.”

“It's super easy to arrive from and to the Heathrow Airport through Bus Line U3. The owners were really kind. It was a nice check-in process and they recommended me local restaurants and transport options.”

“It was a nice little hotel, room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. However, if the current hot weather is going to be a recurring feature in future years, then the hotel may want to consider installing air conditioning going forward. Obviously the heat wasn’t the fault of the hotel, and it didn’t detract the enjoyment of my stay. It’s merely a suggestion for the future.”

“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. “Fantastic cosy room. Lovely shower , comfy bed. The check in is via phone and a key safe . The room was well stocked and very clean. Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location.”

“We stayed here on transit from Heathrow with a day free, and this was a good option in terms of being in Hayes&Harlington allowing access to London and surrounding areas. The place is a slightly rundown converted street house, but the room was spacious and its reasonable value for money for the location.
