“Plenty of parking staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant toilets were spotless and restaurant was well laid out and clean. Only negative was the menu could have had more variety it was mostly based around various types of burgers with a longer stay you may get bored with the food choices. “Room service too expensive”

“The check in process was remote on Monday evening at 20:00. Had been call the hotel all Monday afternoon to ask some question as sixth sense kicked in that check in might be an issue. Read on the website that phones are not staffed Monday and Tuesday!! Place is very tired, marked walls everywhere, a bit of cleaning and elbow greese would go a long way. Floors unswept for days. “Habitaciones perfectamente limpias. No hay limpieza a diario (ni falta que hace), pero sí te ofrecen toallas nuevas y cualquier cosa que necesites. Obviamente, las instalaciones no son modernas. Es un hotel antiguo, histórico, y ahí radica buena parte de su encanto. Tuvimos un problema con la accesibilidad y lo resolvieron con gran amabilidad y eficacia. El pub del hotel es encantador, y el patio, delicioso para comer o tomar algo cuando hace buen tiempo.”
