“The room was clean but very basic and only just adequate. The breakfast itself was convenient, but the breakfast dishes and food were left out all afternoon and evening, which didn't give the impression of good cleanliness or food hygiene. Overall, the hotel was clean enough, but I expected better attention to the breakfast area.”

Additionally , there was a wheel missing from one corner, which made the bed lopsided, with the mattress overhanging the side. Not at all conducive to a great nights sleep! “It has 4 Start rating but unclear why it’s that high. Checking in, staff member didn’t seem particularly interested. Had to prompt guidance on how to get to my room. Dinner was fine. Nothing spectacular. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are dated, bed was way too soft. Probably old. All just pretty average and not 4 star.”
