“The property seems to be family owned and seemed to be run a bit slap dash. The pictures online have had some photo shopping and first impressions were a bit of a letdown. Staff were thin on the ground and some were inexperienced in hospitality. The room was clean and tidy, although we did look in a suite which looked really nice so I would suggest you book one of these if you go. “The position of the property is ideal. Unfortunately the property does not meet expectations, no housekeeping, basic breakfast and strange taste to the water in the room we were in. Although staff tried to rectify the water issue to no avail.”

“The room was clean and well stocked with towels, pillows, toiletries and tea and coffee. Beautiful view out to sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, beautifully presented.”

“As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”

“Lovely location and a real charachter property. The whole place was nice and clean and had all the facilities you could need. Great selection available for the continental breakfast and all presented nicely. Great comeunication from the host prior to arrival and the whole experience was very welcoming.”
