I hope that it is new to Best Western. It isn't the usual standards we have stayed in. I think they are trying and I told the lady at the front desk hey I think you need to do this and this. She went and got the mgr. The mgr was angry with me.

Needs a Kroger or something that cares more options then Polly market. Went there to get goodnights for my little one and they didn’t care stuff like that.
