Vacations Close To Western New York National Cemetery

It's not a hotel, worse than motel No cleanliness, no hygiene Bed sheets are smelly Washrooms are bad. Don't fall for the price and pictures

Everything was great except for the air conditioning didnt work all that well. Besides that it was a great experience.

The pool was a lot of fun! There is even pool toys and stuff for kids to play with. My family loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the room darkening curtains were so great. My family was very comfortable here!

Staff is nice, it’s clean which is important

While the linen, bathroom and table tops were adequately cleaned and room had no smell, we had an issue with ants in the room, they were all over the TV stand/ wardrobe area (we ended up living out of our suitcase for our stay). I took video and physical evidence to the front desk both that night and the following morning, both time the issue was basically brushed off with a response of "I will report it". While they are just ants I feel the issue needed some kind of direct attention at the moment. The pool was clean and spa pool was relaxing. Breakfast was average but did it's job of filling you up before a day out. All other encounters with staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Hotel staff was pleasant and rooms were good, however the hotel smelled very strong of cleaning chemicals. The wifi was also down our entire stay and no credit was issued for that.

Same as my previous review. The shower was in super tight space. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.
