“Neat hotel concept but being cool only counts if you nail the basics, which doesn't happen here. Check-in process was terrible, I had to ask and then ended up explaining it to four other lost guests who could not figure it out. Shower glass wall is cool, but lets the floor get soaked. Lights by the beds all turn off together with a switch over by the closet, not reachable from the beds. Duh... But free loaner bike was nice!!”
