Jay at the front desk was extremely friendly and fun to talk to. He made check in easy and had some great recomendations for places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable but the conditioner was empty which was a bummer.

The hotel seemed well managed and the staff were great. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, basic amenities. The breakfast was good. What travelers should be aware of is that the location is not downtown and the area feels a little sketchy. The biggest issue is the train tracks only a couple hundred feet from the hotel. Trains passed a few times in the night blasting horns. Not recommended for light sleepers. On the up-side, the hotel offered ear plugs which helped. After the first night I slept pretty well.

Bed linens were great and clean, good pillows too. Could use a bit of paint here and there and updating. Couches needed cleaned. But kitchen was clean and usable. Air conditioning worked great although a bit noisy. The woman at front desk very friendly and helpful.

This was our second time staying here and as always the staff was very kind and helpful. My biggest and only real complaint was that we were put into one of the condo style queen rooms with a door that led to the parking lot and when I say we could hear EVERYTHING outside that door I do mean everything. The night was very noisey to say the least. The Air conditioning unit also seemed to be on its last leg and was so loud I thought a bus was passing by outside. Finally the last complaint was the VERY limited parking, which was made worse by the fact at least 5 parking spots were taken up by rocks that looked like they had been dumped there for some landscaping project. This won't be our last visit to this hotel, the staff are always the best, but hopefully that will be out last time in that particular room.

Sandra at the desk was so friendly and helpful. Although the place is a little dated, very clean and well kept. Room super comfy and right at the desk is a basket of earplugs and sign apologizing for the noise of the train that runs near by. Would definitely stay again.
