This hotel is in dire need of a deep clean and some updates. The room was pretty clean, but definitely showing signs of age with peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and a shower pan so old we wore flip flops while showering. We only stayed one night so it was tolerable, but with so many hotel options in downtown Missoula, I'd spend a bit more and stay at a nicer place in the future. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and the food was good but the place is tired. We had dried apple and crumbs on the table. And the fold out couch mattress was covered in hair and stains.

The bathroom was in terrible condition; the floor was dirty and tiles well worn, The shower and shower curtain were extremely dirty, so much so that I could not take a shower. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate. It appears that the building and the site were nice at one time but is now in poor shape.

Girl was friendly. Got in room and it was rough. I made a few jokes about it then things got a little sketchy. Nasty scrubs hanging around, dirty toilet, shower I can’t describe. Then went to eat because location is nice. While sitting there we were reading reviews and realized I made a mistake. Went back, handed in keys and went elsewhere! Be careful

The room was very basic with laminate floor. No carpet made it feel pretty cold. Water pressure was excellent. Room was clean. It is obvious that this is an older property and is in need of an upgrade. Having said that, it was just me on this trip and I was only in the room to shower and sleep so it served its purpose.

The staff were excellent and helpful! Everyone from the front desk to the cleaners and maintenance folks were great. But all in all the hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in- the hallway smells like homeless people were using it as an outhouse. Rodent traps everywhere- wish they would maintain the property- it feels like it’s on the brink of just being abandoned and demolished.

Pros Staff was excellent, parking is excellent, Breakfast was great, close to downtown shopping, easy in and out. Air Conditioner works great. not really noisy area but is it hospital so do hear sirens lots. TVs are newer so lots to watch.Has microwave, mini fridge, shampoo, conditioner that are really nice. Cons Matresses are so worn out may as well sleep on the springs or board, couch in room I dont even want to guess what stains are from. Bathrooms very outdated but do the job. Honest if you just need a night or two its great for just a stop over. All in all id say some fresh paint and good cleaning would do it wonders.

The place is a little run down, the mattress wasn't great and there was a weird smell in the room. You could tell that it was pet friendly in not such a good way. The bathroom was really clean The staff person was great and very friendly. No additional fee for our dog.
