“What an utter disappointment. I paid £275 to stay here. The room was not good at all - bathroom worse. The receptionist appeared to have an issue with the fact I’d booked via Expedia. Never had this before. Was forced to provide credit card details - because I’d booked through Expedia?… she proceeded to write my card details down and upon departure refused to show me she’d destroyed them… didn’t mention the pool. When I enquired about it I was told there was one slot available for me to swim...

“Lovely friendly staff. Great location and parking was easy. Facilities in the room were good, including a coffee machine and a great fan. We had a really tasty breakfast with a good selection available , I had the eggs Royale and my husband had the full English. Would definitely recommend.”

“The agree to give us a late check out, and when we arrive the have taken all our things and put them in a store, and a simple sorry, mistake was made! Terrible service ”

“We were made very welcome by John and hadall we needed for a very comfortable stay with our two dogs. There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again.
