Had a lovely short stay here. Rooms spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Brilliant location for walking to the front, shops, bars and restaurants.

Great location and free parking too… Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Our room was excellent and had a balcony overlooking the sea…. Room 31 …. The bonus was a swimming pool/ Jacuzzi and steam room on site all to ourselves which is free of charge … You simply book a slot at reception … Would recommend..

Clean room as always, and very attentive and caring staff.
Friendly welcome, we arrived early, safely left car and went for a wander around Lyme Regis. Our room was clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast - we have had better - service was a little slow (only 2 staff and 1 was providing room service) and food was average at best. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were great - you effectively booked for your private pool.
Room was clean, the view was amazing. Breakfast was so good! A wonderful relaxing stay. The hotel has a wonderful old fashioned charm. The biscuits were delicious!

Very helpful staff reception and in dining areas. Good breakfast and service. Fabulous pool and area which is bookable and therefore for individual use.
Room was tired and needed updating. Bunk beds for children definitely need maintenance. Cleanliness in bathroom and other areas could be better. That said bed linen was very good. In all though, great location and can’t praise staff enough for their friendliness.
We needed a stress-free break and we got one. All of the staff were superb, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the food excellent. The only real negative was that Expedia charged us nearly £40 more than the hotel's going rate.

Great staff, tidy rooms and brilliant service. Had building work on going so didn’t get to see the place at its finest. Will definitely be back again though.

Clean, warm comfy room. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
We cannot fault this hotel. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The room was well lit, adequate power sockets and overlooked Broad Street. There was a reasonable bar menu and the breakfast was excellent. There was parking around the west side of the building. The Winter/Spring price was reasonable but it can more than double in high season.
