“I had booked a 4 night stay for some r&r choosing to stay in the manor house. My 1st day there was a wedding being held at the Manor House, some facilities not available or restricted. I had not been informed of this event, my day of r&r sadly not forthcoming. An outdoor pool was not available, in the middle of a heatwave, apparently our of season in July. The rooms I was able to enter in the manor house are tired and need a refresh, my room had black mould in the bathroom, a ceiling extractor...

“I booked a single room and the room was fine, however, there's been a heatwave in the UK and it continued while I was staying at this hotel. I would have thought that, given there is no air conditioning in the hotel rooms and the heatwave was ongoing, a fan would have been provided. My room faced west so it was quite hot and it didn't cool down much as the evening progressed because there was no cross breeze - just one window on one side of the room. “Me gusto la casa y las dimensiones. Por otro lado, los utensilios de la casa, referido a la cocina, eran deficientes. Una casa preparada para 6, aunque eramos 4, y no habia mas que 5 vasos ( y todos de distinto tamaño), un juego de cubiertos, faltaba una paella de tamaño grande...lo de sólo poder estar una hora en la piscina tambien mejorable.”
