“Food was great, staff very helpful, bar and dining room very tidy and clean, good range of drinks, both alcoholic and soft although I am out of touch with prices so had a bit of a shock. This is not a negative, just reality. Plenty of parking and convenient at the rear to avoid stairs. Some areas are in need of decorating such as stairwell and corridors however not terrible. “Very old dirty room without air conditioning. Requested to change the room but failed. Requested for fan they provide one fan only. But it was closest to the funfair paington seaside.”

“We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s in a beautiful location with stunning views. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downside was that our room was very hot. Although two fans were provided, it was still difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.”

“On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id...
