Vacations Close To Warner Brothers Studio

Ice Machine was broken, also was the refrigerator that kept things at about 60°. The property itself is rather run down and needs major updates, like simply painting or replacing some of the room furniture. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the small ones, we saw them multiple times. The layout was great, the hotel cleaners were great, so was the night time desk worker. Due to the event happening in town changing hotels or rooms wasn't possible so we stayed. Compared to other hotels in the area this was this oldest hotel I've stayed at. I was slightly disappointed with the mentioned issues, but nothing could be done about it at the time.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

Most hospitable and amicable staff I’ve ever experienced! The rooms were a little outdated, but clean and spacious! The bed was comfortable and room service was fast and through. The amenities are amazing! Full gym, pool, basketball court, locker rooms w sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge. Overall amazing stay, easy to find and access and in the heart of DTLA. Would stay again!

Nice rooms with fair amount of space in a remodelled older section of DTLA. Decent walking distance to Arena and Little Tokyo as well as quick access to Subway and bus. They don't offer a ton of amenities, but in room dining of a sort is offered. Location is fairly secure with a pincode required to enter front gate, front door and to operate elevator. Check in and check out easy and Hotel staff communicate regularly through hotel app or third party messaging. Front door is on opposite side of building from google maps expectation. Room was quite warm when we arrived, likely AC was flipped on in room only minutes before check in. Room I was in had window AC unit in middle and exposed windows on either side that could not be covered because pulling the blinds down would have blocked AC. This left large blocks of bright light shooting into my room that I ended up blocking with some of my pillows so that I could get sleep.

Room was specious and cleaned well. Staff pleasant. Although wasn’t asked how our stay was at end of visit - by reception. All in all it was good enough for our short stay.
