Cool) outside our room window, no manager to speak to but girl on the bar rang them about turning it off but they don’t turn off ! So slept maybe 3 hours ? Also bed not very good felt like it was dipping on edge , Did speak to member of staff next morning she was very nice but again no management, luckily it was just the one night . “Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me”

“I stayed in the dog friendly room which was ok but not great. The carpets were stained and when we first walked in the room we could smell dog it wasn't a fresh smell. There was a half used toilet roll in our bathroom and no fan so it steamed up quite quickly. The room was at the bottom of the beer garden so was very noisy which wasn't that much of a problem.
