“Disappointing. This was the worst experience I have had at any Holiday Inn and far below the standards I expect from IHG. Throughout my stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. On July 3, breakfast at 9:30 AM was poorly stocked, with almost no fruit, no yogurt, and little food remaining.
