“Teníamos reservadas dos habitaciones: una con dos camas y otra con cama doble. Cuando hice la reserva, me confirmaron por correo electrónico que esto quedaba anotado y que las habitaciones serían así. Yo me quedé tan tranquilo pero, cuando llegamos al hotel, las dos habitaciones eran de dos camas. Lo dije en la recepción pero no lo solucionaron. Por lo demás, hotel muy agradable.
