Fantastic hotel had everything we needed for a 1 night stay before heading to the airport. Very welcoming and friendly staff who made check in and out very straightforward. Beds comfortable and room very clean. Very close to the airport for travelling the next day. The only downside was it was noisy which can’t be helped and we struggled to get the bath/shower water warm. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The location is kind of isolated but it was convenient for a location closer to the airport. We arrived by Uber and were worried about getting an uber for our early departure the next morning due to its location but the hotel offered to arrange a taxi with preferred rates (£20 cheaper than the Uber we had just paid for) nice, clean, large rooms!

The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. As we arrived back from Gatwick very late at night we had asked for rooms near reception and they were very close , so that was really helpful. Breakfast next morning was superb. Thank you to all the staff.

I loved the bar and restaurant staff, super friendly and surprisingly good food in the restaurant. The rooms has great cold AC (rare in Europe for some reason). The Rooms are a bit dated but the beds are comfortable and a comfortable size as well. Complaints? The pool in the picture is a wellness center next door and is paid, not a free amenity. Everything in here aside from the bar itself seems to close really early...

My stay at this Holiday Inn in the UK was wonderful. My family and i stayed here while staying in England before leaving on a cruise in June 2026 and i absolutely happy we selected this hotel for our short stay as the hotel was clean, our rooms were comfortable and the staff was very helpful with not only helping us with transportation , exploring London and purchasing food. My mom returned to England with me June 2026 after not being here since 1968 and absolutely loved her stay and looking forward to rebooking here at this hotel and visiting again next year. The staff was pretty pleasant when we arrived. The check-in was quick. I think the only issue that I really had is that one they don’t offer face towels. To wash your face. There was no refrigerator in the rooms and we had a special-needs child, nonverbal and we needed a refrigerator in the room. We had to utilize ice back to keep his food cold. It was a quick stay.
