“Las condiciones en general del hotel, en mí opinión son de 4*. Condiciones muy buenas en todo, le hubiera dado 5* si me hubieran contestado a mi mensaje que les mandé el día anterior a mi llegada, que ni a día de hoy nadie del hotel me contestó. Cuando un cliente te escribe algo, lo mínimo que tienes que hacer es contestarle, aunque la respuesta no sea de su agrado, pero el hotel NO lo hizo. En todo lo demás, muy contento, muy recomendable.
