The room was hot no matter what they did. Thu changed our room on the second day and still not. The temperature on the unit never changed no matter what we or they did.

Location is like an oasis in the countryside, situated in the middle of a pristine golf course. Family room was spacious and impressive - the first 2 storey hotel room we’ve stayed in! Swimming and spa facilities were great, however was unstaffed so had to bring own towels from upstairs. Breakfast was scrumptious, although to be charged afterwards was a bit of a surprise (we were told it was included at check-in). Overall, a lovely relaxing stay at the end of our European road trip.

It wasn’t clear to me how far from the city it was. Was not happy with the hotel overall

Everything was excellent, especially if you are travelling by car. Secure underground parking with a lift direct to the lobby. Staff were polite and attentive. All in all a very pleasant stay.
