“The room was basic, but clean and comfortable.
Staff asked how often we wanted the room serviced - this was great to offer (we selected no service), reflects awareness of environmental impact of doing unnecessary cleaning and laundry.
Access to the building: there's a poorly designed collection of steps and a ramp leading to the entrance doors, but not a single railing to aid in climbing the steps. Unmarked/unpainted concrete made it difficult to see the edge of the top step, anyone with poor...

“My wife and I love the view from our room from the balcony, able to look out to the lake was wonderful! And the location is so close to downtown Bracebridge (about a 5 mins walk!). Also, the staff at the front desk was excellent, very friendly and very helpful.
The only thing I would say was that my wife and I were disappointed about their continental breakfast. The selection seemed to be very bare minimum compare to a lot of the other hotels we stayed before. Their C.B. is way better.”
