“I've stayed here three times and have always had a stylish and comfortable room. The location is excellent; close to Exeter St. David's train station and to the City Centre”

“airport hotels are normally a bad experience, this was just the opposite: spacious well decorated rooms, excellent beds, nice bathroom. Perfect standards! Of course you are in an airport zone with no restaurants, the highway close by and poor views on the parking, but you can walk to the terminal in 3 minutes. ”

“This is truly a unique experience. Nestled into the countryside this 13th century farmhouse has a mix of the (really) old, with clean modern amenities. The hosts greet you with tea, and the warmest of welcomes. We experienced the Friday Pie night dinner with the cosy log burners creating a wonderful atmosphere. “very clean and quiet room, nice soft towels, comfortable bed and a quiet fan was provided in the room as we stayed during a very hot spell. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and very kindly offered us the room for a couple of hours longer after check out as we were attending a funeral that morning and wanted to change afterwards. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. Definitely recommend staying here.”

“Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill.”

“El jardín es un ensueño. El cottage aunq muy antiguo esta muy bien cuidado. Una auténtica experiencia británica!”

“Will be interested to go back in a few years when they have made progress with the garden”
