“The rooms were good. Liked the dog bed and treats waiting for the pups. The cleanliness of the room was great, the furniture in the bar was a bit stained but as most of the people were dog lovers or hikers so we didn’t really see the problem as we are all covered in one thing or another!! The hotel website says that the kitchen is open until 9pm Monday to Saturday. We checked in at about 3.30pm on Friday, unpacked, took a stroll with the pups and headed to the bar. “We received a good welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Generally very good, however there was a few disappointing things such as the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, the room was a bit small and tired, the black pudding at breakfast wasn't cooked properly (it was like rubber), also olive oil and balsamic should not be pre-mixed let people adjust the ratio to their taste. The staff were very good and the location is very good.”

“my husband and i enjoyed our stay. Set in a lovely position on the cliff above the beach the grounds were lovely with ample seating outside. All staff were friendly and helpful which contributed greatly to our enjoyment in the hotel. Would stay here again.”
