“A unique and charming place by the sea. The position is everything here and it is a delight to sit on the terrace with a drink looking at a Riviera view through the pines to Studland bay. Smart room, lots of varied public spaces. Great for children (though we didn't come with ours!) and a very good breakfast.”

“We had two rooms in the main house on the top floor. We did not see the inside of the lodges. Experia had a good late offer on a Deluxe Superior Room (which the hotel itself wouldn’t price match) which worked out the same price as a standard sea view room that we had booked through the hotel directly. The rooms were a good size and standard (especially the Superior). The bathrooms in both rooms were a bit tired and perhaps most disappointing was the bath tap mixer shower which just provided a...

“I was worried about noise levels - it being on the site of a pub during the World Cup but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. V convenient parking and location. V clean and well appointed accommodation. Our second stay here and we’ll come again.”
