Chalets en Ulwell

“When we arrived at the hotel we found the car park easy to find, then followed the signs for reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, we were quickly checked in. Then directed to our room, which was very nice, warm and comfortable with a massive bed. It was all very clean and tidy. The only problem was at first we had no hot water but that was quickly rectified. We were soon settled in, then it was time to get some dinner, this was the only thing that we found disappointing...

“Un excelente servicio, desde la recepción y todo el personal del hotel.”

“Lovely clean room, easy to park. Looking forward to my next stay.”

“The Knoll House Hotel is a charming hotel which was once a personal residence. It has a lot of history and is in a delightful location overlooking the sea. There are several comfortable seating areas of various sizes and styles. The restaurant is very large and the food and service is very good. The breakfasts are particularly enjoyable with a plentiful range for self-service. The outdoor swimming pool was heated, despite it being October when we stayed there. There is also a small indoor pool...

“The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.”

“The hotel is very well run and the hosts are very helpful. The rooms are a decent size. Although it took a while for the water to warm up in the shower. I acknowledge that this is beyond the owner’s control, but my second floor room overlooked a junction and the traffic was noisy . At about 4am a lorry collected the empty glass bottles. The noise of the crash as the glass shattered was shocking. Avoid a roadside room on a Wednesday morning….if you want undisturbed sleep.”

“Nuestra felicitacion a Paul y Rob por tener un hotel tan encantador y acogedor ,desayuno perfecto, limpieza insuperable ,habitacion impecable sin duda volveremos”

“Stayed here many times it’s good value nice place to stay with good food”

“Acogedor el hotel, desayunos variados según solicitud del pasajero, entorno agradable ”

“OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great.”

“Booked 2 nights B&B for 2 people and could not have been more impressed. The room and en suite were very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with 13 different hot menu choices, and everything was cooked as requested. There was ample parking in the grounds and we were 10 mins from the sea and visitor attractions. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.”
