“Stayed one night for a special occasion. Arrived to an empty reception and waited to be let in by the staff who says he's living there. Room was tired and needed a deep clean — springy noisy bed, dust, cobwebs and spiders. Worst part: a huge dog barking and running around directly above us all night and from 7am, which cost us our sleep and our breakfast. “Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with a large choice of items from continental and cooked food avaliiable plus hot drinks or juices.Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for our long weekend stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.”
