“Only a one night stay which included breakfast. Was leaving early so asked for a take away croissant or some cereal or fruit. Was told firmly no and pointed to supermarket, only to find when handed in key early hours of the morning a member of staff laying out said items which could easily have been provided. Also room lovely and big but pumps operating below most of evening - super loud.”

“This was are third visit to the gladstone, Gavin and Stephen are brilliant hosts staff are excellent, food ot the hotel is excellent and not to expensive, car parking either side of the hotel. ”

“Great location, plenty of car park space within the property. Our room was on the 2nd floor, stairs only. Lovely, comfy room, clean, good size bathroom with shower. Dinner was great in the restaurant. Breakfast had cereal at buffet, then order cooked from menu. Good meals. Great staff, friendly, good history of hotel with links to JW Lees. We had two nights, happy to stay here again.”
