“Tuve un problema y fui honesto al decir que dañe la televisión pero la actitud del manager fue mala Se aprovechó de la situación para sacarme dinero y amenazarme con llamar a la policía cuando nunca trate de huir . No tiene tacto con sus empleados . El lugar pierde todo con esta actitud de un manager tan mala . Les pague todo que quede claro ”

“Wonderful staff, room was exactly what we needed. Peaceful, great air con, clean, tea and coffee facilities and a hair-dryer!!!! The restaurant NaTa is part of the lodge and food was delicious. You can't get any closer to the beach and easy walking distance to Massimos, and plenty of other eateries, mini-marts, reliable moneychangers shopping options and spas. Will certainly come again on our next visit.”

“Unfortunately a bit of style over substance here. Beautiful villa, great view and stunning pool. However, awful roads surrounding the villa, nowhere is walkable, lots of noise from stray dogs, bikes and from the town below. Whilst some staff were lovely, they weren’t proactive. Food left going mouldy in the room and not removed during cleaning. We had a power cut which was out of their hands, but we had to contact them to find out if there were any battery or solar lights. “We had a wonderful stay at the Berlima hotel. The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made sure we had everything needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. They arranged spa treatments, laundry cleaning and answered any questions we had day or night. We enjoyed most meals at the restaurant located on the property and the food was delicious. Overall, our stay at Berlima was nothing short of amazing!!!”
