Under remodel, but coming along. The staff was excellent!!

Planned on staying at this hotel after travelling nearly 20 hours. Online it looks great, but don’t be fooled. This hotel is in a very rough area.. especially if your room is on the backside of the hotel. The homeless hangout back there and freely smoke drugs. The walls of this place are also paper thin, be prepared to hear your neighbours partying. I was checked in for less than a half hour and immediately packed my bags and left. After conversing with the booking company and the hotel, both had approved the cancellation of my room and a refund.. however, I just got an email today saying the property has denied my refund request… shady business.. travellers beware. Unsafe, untruthful and unreliable. Only plus was the helpful and polite gentlemen working the front desk!

I love the vibe of the whole location
