“Huye de ahi, horrible, feo, sucio. Las imagenes de la “casa” Estan truquesdisimas, ademas tiene escaleras que si tienes cualquier problema fisico olvidalo. ”

“La habitación era muy pequeña. estuve 5 días y no paso nadie ni a recoger la basura, yo tuve que pedir una bolsa para vaciar las papeleras. El WiFi es muy malo, solo funciona en los teléfonos. Habitación con los suelos muy sucios.”

“I was excited to be staying at the hotel, but unfortunately I left deflated. Room was okay but definitely could hear every single thing from the room next door. The floorboards were creaky. The room was outdated, it had a charm to it but it really didn't feel like they took care of it. Breakfast was really good, staff were friendly.”

“Had a slow drain on the shower, due to the way the shower isn’t a tray this meant water flooded the rest of the bathroom. Reported to be reception and this wasn’t fixed. Had to use a towel wedged against the shower door and then turn the water down. Asked for more milk sachets (two for a family room with 4 isn’t enough) at reception and got directed to the bar, had a huge wait whilst they faffed around serving just one person - god help anyone if ordering a round then! A bit unclear at...

“Todo perfecto, habitación moderna con cama grande y cómoda. El personal muy agradable y eficiente. ”

“Creo que No estaban preparados para correr el hotel con la capacidad de huéspedes como había. El personal se veía molesto por tanto trabajo en el desayuno incluido y no se rellenaban pronto los alimentos y café etc que se iban terminando, ni tenían tiempo de limpiar las mesas y todo lo demás pues eran solo 3 personas como mucho haciendo todo ellas mismas en el desayunador, inclusive las mismas hacían la labor de recepción al mismo tiempo. Daba pena pedirles algo que necesitaras por tanto...

“Was disappointed with room very small and extra small bathroom had a superior room !! Stains on carpet shower leaked when finally managed to get into the shower ,couldn't adjust shower head definitely needs an update dont understand this hotel getting a four star”

“No tiene estacionamiento propio. Te mandan a uno con el que tiwnen convenio y esta a 5 cuadras. La habitacion tenia olor a tabaco. Estaban remodelando o reparando varias habitaciones en el piso y no habia mucho silencio para descansar. La TV no tenia conectividad con dispositivos moviles. ”
