“No onsite parking as you have to park in the 4 level parade behind the Premier inn . The lift doesn’t work to get to street level . I have mobility issues and the 8 flights of stairs ? Had to walk down the ramp with suitcase in tow hoping you don’t slip or get stuck by a car . Asked the girl at reception, she’s like , well some times it works and sometimes it doesn’t! Big help . Complained the following day-and still not working asked the guy at reception to call the city council and complain....

“Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very good breakfast,well cooked and presented and plenty of choice. Staff very helpful.
My only concern would be the steps up to the property they are not easy if you have any kind of mobility problem.”
