It was a very not well maintained hotel. The bed was so old. The shower was broken.

I arrived at the hotel to check in at 1am after a tiring, cross country flight. The staff were not able to find my reservation in their system, even though I showed them the hotels.com confirmation on my phone. It took them 30 minutes to sort this out as I sat in their lobby, exhausted but unable to sleep with no room.
They finally resolved the issue and handed me a key and apologized, and made no attempt to offer any consolation for the inconvenience. Not a drink ticket, not a discount, nothing but "I'm sorry."
The room was fine, not particularly nice or cute. For the price I expected nicer, but there's nothing immediately "wrong" with it.
I won't stay here again. For the price there are much better options in the area.
