Location location location. That’s why we chose this hotel second time staying here. Quiet rooms large comfortable luxury bed with great pillows. Easy access to everything in Times Square and beyond.

The toilet didn’t work or the tv

I just had a day stay here, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I spent almost an hour waiting to check in because the staff did not manage the check-in line properly. People who came out of line with questions or issues were repeatedly attended to first, while those who had been patiently waiting were left standing. When someone complained, instead of addressing the issue and managing the line fairly, they simply checked that person in first. The room itself was also poorly equipped. There were no hangers and not even the holders for them, which was quite inconvenient for a day stay. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily disorganized and poorly managed. Better organization at check-in and basic attention to room amenities would make a significant difference.
