Vacations Close To Robert Moses Beach

We arrived late in the evening and asked at the front desk if the restaurant was open. We were told the restaurant was open until 10pm and we made our way into the area and sat down. The bartender had five gentlemen sitting at the bar where they were discussing the football game on tv and Charlie’s Angels. My friend and I sat at the nearby table, facing the bar, for 15 minutes. The bartender never approached us or acknowledged us in any way. When we finally stood up to leave he asked us if we needed help. By then we were frustrated at being ignored and made our way to the elevators. The front desk receptionist noticed we had left the restaurant and he inquired why we hadn’t eaten. We informed him we’d been sitting in the restaurant for 15 minutes and had been completely ignored. We ended up ordering burgers from Five Guys on DoorDash.

Convenient location, but otherwise it’s quite a bare bones hotel.

Excelent hotel just 3 minutes away from Time Square. The staff was super helpful and kind with us and overall a fantastic experience. I will definitely comeback.

First avoid room #219. The one window in the room faced the remnants of a construction site on an attached roof. Several feet from the window was a huge exhaust fan , which covered the window with dirt. Avoid a long-term stay. Only 3 salad plates , no dinner plates were provided. Contrary to the marketing pdf there was no air mattress And One Grove ignored my repeated requests to rectify

Lovely hotel! I only stayed here for one night so I didn’t really get to see it to its advantage. Overall though the location was nice, the room was decent. There was a nice view. The staff here was so so sweet.
