No information was made available to get breakfast or any amenities that were included in the booking. The only staff interaction was with the cleaners at the door when they came to clean. Some hidden fees : resort fees and resort fee tax were charged on the security deposit without any prior knowledge or indication and which were supposed to be included at the time of booking. This is unacceptable.

The rooms were amazing!!! Three girls with all their stuff, it all fit nicely. The SPA was so relaxing!!!!! Get that day pass and say hi to Mary!! She’s so attentive and takes greats photos. The food selection is great. They have a lot of options and the 24/7 pizza place came in handy. All staff were so nice and helpful. It’s off the strip but that’s one of the great things about it. It’s quiet and relaxing. Great way to start and end your day in Vegas. Also the pool, it’s 100% and not crowded at all. We bought a cabana, $99. Where can you rent a cabana in LV for that price??? The drinks were cold and Yummie. And the food was very generous. Book this hotel now!

First time staying at Harrah’s. We loved the location in the middle of the strip. There many places to eat nearby like the LINQ Promenade. The Piano Bar inside is awesome. We had a blast. We will definitely be staying here again

The hotel is dated. But central location and cheap. Not middle or upscale. A good entry-level Vegas location.
