Vacations Close To Thunder Valley Raceway

This hotel was unsanitary had roaches. Went down to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund. They acted shocked over the roaches but then I find out on on reviews I found later on that they had roach problems before and they said it was cooperatedon’t care and hasn’t done anything about it. We were traveling across country with our bags in the room and we were concerned roaches would get into our luggage. They tried giving us a new room however that room had a used bandaid on the floor and food struck between the beds.

This is a grand hotel with about 14 floors, the hotel staff were not super efficient. The hotel check-in took a time since the staff was not able to find one of the travelers. Only one of the elevators were working which makes it very difficult and time consuming to go up and down. The stairs are one way - you can go one way not the other. The restaurants are okay and the food portion was small. Our TV was not working, very few power outlets in the room, not enough lights and towels for a 4 people room. I would not recommend staying here.
