Check in was easy, the key card operates the elevator which would be some helpful information. Valet parking is nice but their app is a little clunky.

La experiencia en el hotel fue realmente excepcional, es un lugar fantástico para compartir en familia con todo lo que se necesita para tener una experiencia única y tener deseos de regresar. Aunque tengo que decir que parte del personal del parque de agua interior se mantienen todo el tiempo como molestos y con poco carisma con los huéspedes. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación puede decir q estuvo aceptable pero desde que llegamos le dejé una nota a la Hskp que la cafetera no funcionaba, la nota estuvo ahí durante toda nuestra estancia y ella nunca le prestó la atención, por lo que ninguno de los 4 días que estuvimos hospedados pudimos usar la cafetera de la habitación. Si volveríamos a este hotel, pero siento que hay algunas cosas que deben pulir con los empleados.

Cute little quaint hotel, very retro. That’s why we picked the place cause it was quirky and different. I would suggest another mirror in the bathroom to help get ready some sort of funky vintage one. Love the swings outside the office; my best friend and I hung out there and talked for an hour or so in the cool evening. I would suggest that the front office be open 7 to 11 every day instead of not opening till 11 and closing at 9. Just in case somebody really needed something. Great access to downtown Oklahoma City, ate at a great little diner for breakfast Sunday morning and we were only about five minutes away from the Civic Center because we went to see a play that night. Air-conditioning was kind of quirky. We couldn’t really figure it out. It doesn’t blow very hard even at 62° and it was hot. It was very clean and once they can finish the construction it’s a perfect little hotel to stay in if you’re coming to the Oklahoma City area and wanna be direct access to pretty much everything downtown in Midtown.done
