The hotel was recently acquired by a new group. For some reason the amenities were relatively nonexistent. The in-house restaurants were closed and not offering services. The breakfast was offered for a separate $15 charge and was wholly unsatisfactory. We left the hotel to find breakfast at a local Starbucks. No other meals were offered. The place seemed like it had been abandoned.

The Wyndham is a Great location if you are going to Bricktown, the gardens or PAYCOM center. The hotel rooms need a facelift. We checked into a king room and there was no chair to sit on. To their credit they did bring us one. Linda at the desk was phenomenal. Great help, wonderful personality. Unfortunately, the next morning she wasn’t on duty. We requested more towels, our trash picked up and advised the bathroom sink wasn’t draining. Got more towels, used towels still in the floor and no fix for the sink.

I was not prepared for the $34 per night valet fee. The property does not have it's own parking garage, so the valets have to hike to retrieve vehicles when needed. It took 30 minutes each time we ordered our car. No doubt the valets worked hard, but they definitely needed many, many more valets and a better parking situation. This inconvenience alone is the reason I would book elsewhere with a hotel with their own parking garage next time. Overall, the staff were very courteous and although in need of a facelift, the rooms were comfortable.
