“Our rooms looked nothing like the photo’s on here. The carpets had huge stains on them and the furniture was dated and beat up. Our window would not open and the frame was rotting. Our bathroom was dark and the shower would sporadically turn burning hot to freezing cold. The women’s toilets in the bar area had multiple out of order signs on the doors and the one I was able to use had a huge hole in the wall where tiles were missing and broken. “We booked (2) Deluxe Apartments for two nights, and both rooms were super spacious, equipped, and clean. We had other family staying at The Wenns and their room was also nice. The communication beforehand was excellent, and they were always very helpful. The Wenns is conveniently located in the heart of Kings Lynn. Great pub, too!”

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable.
