“Waited over 45 minutes for our shuttle pick up from airport. Our check in was a very perfunctory matter but reception staff the next morning were far more engaging and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Our room was pretty mingy - sad decor, one side of the bed against the wall, flickering light. Okay for one night.”

“We booked this place for a 6-night family holiday. The moment we checked in, there was a very strong smell of sweat and stinky feet. The bathroom had a strong moldy and drain smell, with visible mold all over the shower walls. We tried opening the window and the door, but it made no difference.
We contacted the after-hours staff, but he offered no help and even tried to blame the smell on the “previous guests”. I requested a refund for the unused 5 nights, but he said only the manager could...

“Very basic rooms. And while it was clean, the aircon remote was not working, and rooms are not quite as per the photos. Staff were responsive, however not sure the price of the rooms justified the quality and value”
