“Overall excellent, but I was charged a daily parking fee because it was booked via Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Other minor complaints, had to used the hair dryer outside of the bathroom, it did not have a magnifying mirror or extractor fan in the bathroom, and no media charging plugs.”

“Excelente para lo que pagué, el hotel a mi me gustó mucho y me funcionó para lo que necesitaba hacer. El desayuno era incluido lo cual fue un buen plus a pesar que estaba lejor del mismo centro de Londres, pero en realidad mi destino era a Richmond lo cual me quedo cerca. Le falta un poco mas de fachada y una mejor recepción pero en General sí quieres algo barato y bueno. Puedes elegirlo. Saludos”

“Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk. I don't care about the £20 they charged me, but I do care to make it clear that it was a false...
